We actively encourage staff to make the best of themselves. All staff have access to training courses which they are encouraged to attend. We also provide a sponsorship program for staff to gain qualifications within their fields.

Sponsoring The Community:

We regularly sponsor local community events and teams in an effort to help growth in the surrounding areas. We also present at schools and colleges to help educate and drive interest within IT.

We believe that by considering an ethical approach in all areas of the business our overall impact on the environment, the community, our customers and all other stakeholders is a positive one.

We aim to instil a morally conscious attitude in all our employees so that the day-to-day running of the business reflects that of the longer term objectives set out below.

Environmentally Conscious:

We aim to be Carbon Neutral and environmentally friendly by the end of 2010. This will be achieved in a number of ways including:

  1. Recycling - all waste paper is already placed into recycling bins and collected weekly. It is company policy to reuse scrap paper.
  2. Reducing Paper Usage - we are constantly reviewing our processes to allow us to reduce the amount of paper we use.
  3. Technology Conferencing - we are introducing secure video conferencing as an option for our clients to reduce the need for travelling.
