We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager. Role:
-
The Role involves selling market leading IT Security products into SME and Corporate Accounts.
-
You will deal with the sale from inception to closure and the account management and beyond.
-
You will be expected to grow revenue and Secon's coverage within existing accounts which you will be entrusted to manage.
-
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for meeting monthly Gross Profit targets consistently.
-
You will need proven negotiation skills in order to liase with vendors, distributors and end users to secure deals.
Essential Criteria:
-
Broad Knowledge of the IT Security Market including - Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Content Filtering, Strong Authentication.

At least three years experience in an IT Sales role dealing with End Users.

A Proven Track record of consistently hitting target, demonstrable with past pay slips, commission sheets.

Experienced at both an internal and external based role.
-
Being able to manage the full opportunity life-cycle from lead generation to closure and on-going account management.
-
Being able to manage time effectively between office and client pre-sales visits.
-
A hard worker who has the right mix of enthusiasm, professionalism and persuasion.
Desirable Criteria:
-
Specific Knowledge of Trend Micro, NetScreen, SurfControl, Blue Coat.

Has worked for another IT Security Reseller and succeeded in the role.

Someone who thrives on working in a competitive but highly enjoyable sales environment.
